Continuing Professional Development (CPD)

In the ever-changing world of structural and civil engineering keeping up-to-date with the latest developments is of the utmost importance. Every year new working practices are being developed.

We take pride in our work by ensuring that our workforce keeps up with those changes. This means that training plays an important role in our company’s mission to be at the forefront of engineering design.

We train our employees in the use of the latest software to help automate the design process and reduce our project lead times and costs. We attend professional CPD seminars to learn developing aspects of our profession and we attend supplier seminars to listen to advances our suppliers are making with their products to incorporate those benefits into our designs.
